On 22nd November 2020, JASTRe showed their support by participating in the RYS Beach Cleanup 'RYS starts from You'. The beach cleanup took place at Jerudong Beach early in the morning and around 70 to 80 volunteers participated in the event. The outcome of this event was that around 750kg of trash were collected, which consisted of mostly plastics and abandoned nets.
