APPLICATION FOR THE USE OF FOOTBALL FIELD AND FUTSAL COURT
Application for the use of Football Field and Futsal Court is open to public in two ways:
(1)
Each applicant must first download the Application Form For the Use of Football Field and Futsal Court and then fill in the form. In the form itself, applicant is required to select and identify the facilities either Football Field or Futsal Court. Kindly noted that any usage of the facilities will require applicants to pay rental fee.
Completed application and payment must be submitted to the following address:

After the submission of the application form and the payment of the rental fee, applicants are required to submit the payment receipts to the Parks and Recreation Division at the 2nd floor for confirmation of payment in the use of
football field or futsal court on the approved date

Applicants may come to the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation, Ministry of Development through the Parks and Recreation Division at the 2nd Floor and fill in the form on the spot. Kindly take note that payment of the rental fee will still be made to Finance Division at the 1st Floor.

Monday – Thursday : 8.00 am – 11.00 am and 1.30 pm – 3.00 pm
Saturday : 8.00 am – 11.00 am
Working Hours During Ramadhan Month:
Monday – Thursday : 8.00 am – 11.00 am
Saturday : 8.00 am – 10.00 am
